Publication: IdN x Society6 = The New Twenties book
Feature: 2 page spread / profile + showcase
I’m featured in IdN’s new book, showcasing 58 young artists, their techniques, styles and influences: included work.
The New Twenties: A scintillating survey of the work of today’s 20-somethings, who were all brought up in the technological boom years of the late 20th Century – and whose concepts of self-promotion and networking are radically different from those of their predecessors. In this third IdN Special Edition, we have collaborated with Society6, one of the largest online platforms for up-and-coming designers, to showcase the talent of 58 brilliant young artists with a contemporary outlook on creativity and communicating.

Client: Fallout Factory
Project: Leaf Cafe | Artwork Exhibition
A part of the Liverpool Sound City event - organised by the Arts group - Fallout Factory | hosted by Leaf Cafe. This Illustration is a good example of my blend of character and landscape illustrations. “Chocolate Bear City” is about a Giant bear’s curiosity and playfulness, but because of it’s size, causes destruction and mayhem.

Project: Thunder Chunky *Time Capsule*
To mark the end of the Noughties decade we’ve decided to put together a time capsule of artwork to represent the last ten years. We’ve invited some of our favourite artists to hand-pick one piece of work they feel they would like to represent themselves and write a few words describing their choice.
My project for the Time Capsule here: Stephen Chan

Ben the Illustrator has teamed up with us at Thunder Chunky to create a new project selling exclusive art and design pieces to raise funds for UNICEF’s Haiti Earthquake Children’s Appeal!
‘Renmen’ (pronounced ‘rainmain’) is the Haitian word for ‘love’ and with The Renmen Project we hope to spread a lot of love throughout 2010, working with various world leading artists and designers to produce and sell exclusive pieces of work, all themed around ‘renmen’ or ‘love’.

“Viking Shark Robot Moustache” About this Shirt:
The idea behind this crazy shirt, is the same idea as the conception of the RIPT site. The idea that, something you put up fresh and new one day will be covered, lost, gone and made old by newer creations the next day. The graphics on the shirt is made up of flyers and stickers covering each other up, but in the end its created something more interesting, like how old artists will influence new artists in the future…
The T-shirt is only available for 24 hours, so please support and Buy Here!!!!. I do greatly appreciate the support and hope you like the design, and please do send us photos of yourselves wearing it (that would be the perfect birthday gift for me).

I’m going to launch my first competition to win one of my screenprints (featured as a part of the Editions / Power in Numbers Exhibition by Cure Studio and Print Club London) The idea behind the print plays with the exhibition theme ‘Power in Numbers’, how this power if misused can lead to war and destruction, but if used wisely can stop wars and create peace.
Instructions on how to win one of these screenprints:
