Collective: The Mighty Pencil

There are 60 amazing Mighty Pencillers in total, but a small number have especially given their time and skills to make it all happen……..We are the Mighty Pencil……” - Ben the Illustrator

So, the secret is out .. we are the Mighty Pencil .. a group of illustrators, not competing but helping each other, sharing our knowledge, experience, and making things happen. This is the whole point of the collective, the book, the website. Please have a quick read of Ben the Illustrator’s blog to find out more about us… I created the logo for the group / below is some development, but the original design was chosen for its simplicity and strong bold image.

Project: Thunder Chunky *Time Capsule*
To mark the end of the Noughties decade we’ve decided to put together a time capsule of artwork to represent the last ten years. We’ve invited some of our favourite artists to hand-pick one piece of work they feel they would like to represent themselves and write a few words describing their choice.

17.10.07 - the grand re-launch of the liverpool design / interviews website “THUNDER CHUNKY” has finally happened !! It is also my pleasure to be involved in & apart of Team Thunder Chunks.
